The monotone design of the abstract pattern was created by Masa, one of the members of Mutant Wave, using ink on Japanese calligraphy paper to create a single drawing. The theme of the pattern is diversity. May diverse lifestyles be recognized, and the yet unseen futures of young people everywhere remain open to them. That’s the message that is engrained in this collaboration between CRAFSTO and Mutant Wave. A stylish bag that can be carried regardless of gender expands the range of possible co-ords.

For connecting and having fun with both the people you love, and the people you haven’t yet met. I want people to cherish recognizing and expressing individuality. I poured these feelings into the sumi ink while creating the design.

・Upcycled leather, reborn through re-design, is used as the main material. Using environmentally friendly ink, original graphics are printed as they are on floor leather, which would normally be discarded because of the time, effort, and cost required to utilize it. Our inks are selected to meet UL GREENGUARD Gold certification with minimal VOC emissions. In addition, the interior is made of ECOPET, a recycled plastic bottle fiber fabric.

DESIGN NOTES
・ The compact form can be used as a shoulder bag or even as a crossbody bag.
・The shoulder belt length can be adjusted, and a simple loop design on the back of the flap allows for easy removal. It can also be arranged as a clutch bag perfect for party scenes.
