Shipping + Returns

We are happy to offer free international shipping via Express Mail Service(EMS) to all countries with the exception of Russia. We currently do not ship to Russia.

Most international orders will ship within 72 hours after placing your order. International transit times via EMS vary based on destination but generally take between 3 to 8business days. Please expect an additional 2 days for delivery during high-volume sale or holiday periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your EMS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours upon receiving your order tracking to see a status update HERE.

For made-to-order items, the scheduled delivery date is listed near the cart button on the product page.

CRAFSTO does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international sales are final. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
